WM students and alumni receive honours

Music alumni received dozens of awards presented to Woburn's top students in the school's annual Commencement Exercises held Friday evening.

Current students received their awards in an assembly held earlier in the day.

It isn't unusual to discover that many of Woburn's high achievers have played integral roles in the music program while balancing successful academic lives as well. It is also notable that their achievements are in a wide range of subject areas. There were also a great many undergrad recipients of honours (achievement of an 80% average or better) performing in the band.
