Welcome!
Hello everyone, and welcome to what I’m sure will be yet another successful and exciting year for the students of the Woburn Music program! With our wide range of instrumental and vocal programs, Woburn is privileged to have an outstanding group of musical talent.
As you all know, the Music Council is a group of students from all different music programs that work hard behind the scenes to create a successful year for all. This group of students work towards the common goal of completing a wide range of tasks. Whether it’s a concert, Spirit Week activities, banquets, or even just a weekly task, the music council always achieves high levels of excellence! If you are interested in becoming a member of the Music Council, elections will be beginning within the next week. Elections will occur within each class, and in some of our ensemble groups.
If you have any questions on what the music council is about, or you would like to speak to the executive members of council regarding any tasks, feel free to speak to: Mrs. Houghton, Melissa Pratt (President), Vatsal Trivedi (Vice-President), Anthony Varahidis (Secretary), Scott Harbin (Senior Treasurer), Amanda Cullman (Junior Treasurer) and Jill Brooks (Events and Media Coordinator).
