With all the tension with schoolwork, maybe its time to set back, relax, and let music heal our stressed out souls. How? The Sound of Music is in Toronto! The musical has been running since October 3 and will continue on till January 11 of next year. Maria Ranier is played by Elicia MacKenzie, who won the role in the Canadian contest How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria. The performances will be held at The Princess of Wales Theatre. Ticket prices range from $26.00-$120.00. Performance times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30PM. Matinees are on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30PM. This is indeed a great way to just allow music to radiate and do wonders in our souls. This can also serve as an inspiration to Music students especially in Woburn.
